Our club is committed to continuing to help kids fuel their love of soccer even when we cannot be together on the pitch. We have put together online resources and workouts in order to help our players continue to grow.
Lifelong athletes who want to grow both their skills and a love of this game can participate each month in our Playmakers 1,000 Touch Daily Challenge! Simply download our Playmakers 1,000 Touch Calendar and view the daily touch exercises (you can access video playlists of each move on our YouTube page.) Pick a playlist, and do each move for at least 100 touches. Aim for 1,000 touches (total) (or about 15 minutes of work) at least 3x per week. Record your workouts on your calendar. At the end of each month, share with your coach!
Note: Players who share their Playmakers 1,000 Touch Daily Challenge Calendars with their coaches will be considered for the Zone 1 Players of the Month!
