FC DELCO currently subsidizes 15% of fees for every single player within the organization to help offset the pay-to-play model and that is just the beginning- Introducing the FC DELCO ENDOWMENT FUND.


As costs continue to rise, members of the FC DELCO Board of Directors recognize that financial aid and small subsidies cannot actively combat the pay-to-play model. FC DELCO is committed to a $7.5M donation of funds to create its initial endowment fund and will actively work to continue to grow the general endowment over time. Each investment creates meaningful opportunities for youth to experience the joy of soccer while fostering personal growth and leadership skills within a team environment. Breaking down barriers benefits everyone, as well as providing special opportunities to underserved communities who lack access to play.
